SALT Property Group

Stay away from this property group. Maintenance they will not do it ever.And when they do it they will charge the tenant as they did for me.For over 3 years leasing they did not fix the oven so never had a use for it.And bond will not be returned. Went well over 10 property managers and when they can’t raise the rent further legally they will ask you to leave promptly or will threaten you with legal action.Only one property manager Natalie Steele was good, professional and fair, she also left them for probably same reasons.

Salt Property have always been professional and excellent to deal with over many years of being tenants. Jackson replies promptly and is always accommodating. Previous managers Natalie & Joanne also were very easy to deal with.

I was impressed with their service while visiting one of their properties they were leasing, Alesha Craik really goes above and beyond, I would definitely recommend them to anyone, who looking for an outstanding real state in Perth.

Just shifted into an Applecross unit. Lights were not working & exhaust fan squealing.The guys at Salt replaced everything immediately at their cost.A prompt service towards getting the rectification works undertaken at short notice.Greatly appreciatedGrant Blake

We have dealt with Lauren directly as our property manager moving into our new rental address. Lauren has been excellent throughout the entire process - she has been incredibly friendly and maintained great communication with us, making it easy from Day 1. We have been exceptionally impressed with her professionalism and are so glad to have Lauren as our property manager. She is an invaluable asset to the team at Salt Property.

I would not recommend Salt Property Group solely based on my leasing agent - who did not see it as her job to assist me, and only after numerous attempts to contact her would she respond. When she did respond was unhelpful, and once my lease was closed she was dismissive.

Rented 12/39 Simpson street for 2 years. I had worst experience with the property. No light in the property due to the construction of new buildings and rent amount was too high and it was not reduced. Property manager Selyna Tee, wants to get property cleaned by their own cleaners at the end of the lease who charge you 1200 for end of lease cleaning. If you get professional cleaning by yourself they will make you to get it done by their own at the end. In terms of small paint damage due to wall clock they charged 800 dollars (owner wanted to renew his whole townhouse by charging 800 dollars for minor paint damage. Paint is of so poor quality and old that it keeps coming of with small touches.)First worst experience of renting a property until now.

One of your property managers named Glen O'Brien is being publicly named and shamed for his conduct towards women tenants. Happy to retract this review if it is found to be in error.

Just got approved for a rental managed by Salt today and the whole process was super smooth and quick. Lauren - one of the agents - was super helpful and quick to respond, and made what is usually a super stressful experience a lot better.
